And the plural of hiatus is hiati?
Now I've done gone and lost all blogging credibility. A few days turns into a week, you know how it goes. Much busyness and change in the Knitsonya household. We are still in the throes of the major bedroom switch upheaval. We live in a Victorian flat that can best be described as a shotgun, long hallway with rooms on either side. Since we are on the first floor there is a limit to the structural changes that can be made: read none and besides there is something to be said about preserving all that is quirky from a bygone era. Not everything has to be open plan.
Pictures I promise - something fancy with a floorplan - but I promise I won't get too carried away and let it interfere with a timely follow-up post. And yes there was a give away mentioned, but with all this moving and clearing and sorting, you really do want me to clean out my hall-closet-den-o-fabric-and-trim first, don't you? Oh and don't out, there will be yarn, pseudo knitting blog that this is.

Hi Sonya! I'm sorry we havn't been here in a while. Me and the turtle in my pocket. I am on the same train, the slow one to bloggerville. But once school starts, dare I say it - I'll be a busier, better blogger!? I have a bit of a contest with my blog too, I will post it on Monday. i don't know if i am pleased, or chagrined!
(I told Sonya i missed her blog, and my weekly calls to the KnitSonya household could be curtailed if i got a once or twice weekly 'fix' of info from her blog... less than 24 hour later.. a new blog entry!)
I like to think i fall into the "good MIL" catagory.. but now i worry i am one of those MIL that gets vented about!
Miss B's new sweater made it into the mail this AM and should be there BEFORE her birthday.
